Rockin' K General Contracting was established in Bend, Oregon in 2016 with a clear focus: do the work right, treat homeowners honestly, and build spaces that actually improve how people live. We specialize in high-quality accessory dwelling units, custom additions, and residential remodels — the kind of projects that require real skill, not just a crew and a clipboard.
Quality is what sets us apart. Our own trained, in-house crew handles the majority of the construction work on every project — not a rotating cast of subcontractors. That means tighter quality control, cleaner communication, and fewer surprises. We serve Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, Tumalo, and the broader Deschutes County area.

We start with a free 15-minute call to hear about your project, timeline, and budget. No pressure, no sales pitch — just an honest conversation about whether we're the right fit. Book directly on our website.
We visit your property to assess site conditions, identify any constraints, and develop a clear scope of work. For ADUs and additions, this includes reviewing Bend's zoning requirements and Deschutes County permit guidelines specific to your lot.
You receive a detailed written proposal with a clear breakdown of costs. Once you approve, we handle all permitting through the City of Bend or Deschutes County — coordinating with engineers and inspectors on your behalf so you don't have to.
Construction begins with our trained in-house crew. You'll have a dedicated point of contact, regular progress updates, and a final walkthrough before we consider the job done. We don't leave until you're satisfied with every detail.

Absolutely. ADUs are one of the most effective ways to generate rental income in Bend's housing market. Short-term and long-term rentals are both viable depending on your zoning. Many of our clients see a significant offset to their mortgage or income from their ADU within the first year of completion.
