ADUs, ADDITIONS & REMODELS
We have been building auxiliary dwelling units (ADUs), additions and remodeling homes in Bend, OR since 2016. We have multiple full time employees and hire subcontractors when needed. We are well equipped to take on everything from new decks to large scale additions and ADUs. We pride ourselves on quality work and an extremely transparent billing model.
Auxiliary Dwelling Units, which also can be referred to as guest houses or mother in law suites, can be a wonderful addition to any property that add tremendous value in so many ways. We can guide you through the process of deciding where, why and how to plan and build your ADU. We’re happy to be a full service contractor from start to completion of your project, or to simply help you tackle the project yourself with some help and support from us in the form of budgeting, scheduling and performing the work.
It often makes sense to build upon what you already have, as compared to starting from scratch. However, this is often done by many in a clunky way. Our goal is to build and finish an addition in a way that, once complete, it’s impossible to tell it is an addition. Instead, the space should just feel like one, larger, but well laid out home. We take pride in adding onto homes in a way that makes the entire space much more usable and aesthetically pleasing.
Many homes are perfectly adequately sized, but perhaps the configuration and finishings leave a bit to be desired. We love designing and creating ways to not only maximize a space, but also optimize the way it feels and functions. We have transformed many homes from something that feels disjointed and dark, to open, warm and bright.
