Building in Redmond
Bigger Lots, Older Ranches,
Real Opportunity
Redmond, Oregon is one of the fastest-growing cities in the state, and it's where a lot of our work has shifted in the last few years. The math is simple: lots in Redmond are larger and more affordable than in Bend, and the housing stock — a core of 1970s–90s ranch homes around the Dry Canyon, ringed by newer subdivisions — leaves plenty of room to add on. For homeowners who bought a solid older house on a generous lot, an addition or a garage-conversion ADU often makes more financial sense than moving.
We're based in Bend, 15 minutes down Highway 97, so Redmond jobs get the same crew, the same schedule discipline, and the same rates as our Bend projects. We've built additions on ranch homes near the canyon, converted oversized garages into rental ADUs, and remodeled kitchens in the newer developments on the city's edges — including projects out at Eagle Crest that went through the resort's design review.
